Passion for Teaching

Teaching is one of the challenging professions. A teacher plays a significant role in promoting education and creating knowledgeable and enlightened future leaders. Since my childhood, I had a strong desire and enthusiasm for becoming a teacher to inspire, educate, empower, and unleash the hidden talent of children. Therefore, I always work hard to improve qualities like continuous learning, passion, patience, leadership, confidence, social and friendly, empathy, a sense of humor, and good judgment and evaluation.

I knew that a good teacher plays a significant role to produce good human beings in society and good citizens of the country. Therefore, a teacher needs to be highly knowledgeable, and have information related to recent innovations and changes. I always enjoy reading and enhancing my knowledge, skills, and abilities. I have taken two master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and English Language Teaching to enhance my expertise. Moreover, I have attended many academic and corporate professional skills enhancement training to widen my knowledge and abilities. I never get bored learning there I love teaching which has given me an opportunity to learn and keep me updated with recent innovations and changes.

I am really passionate about teaching. I have command over the subjects and control over the class no matter how large the class is! I can easily make adjustment with circumstance, and I am not stick to a specific syllabus and curriculum. I enjoy sharing knowledge and interacting with students as they are the future leaders!

Teaching is an art of sharing knowledge, information, and ideas to enlighten the students and learners. It is a process of influencing the learners to participate in the active construction of knowledge and enhancing the mental and human capacity. Teaching is a noble professional and the process of attending to people’s needs, experiences, and feelings, and intervening so that they learn things, and go beyond their capacity.Teachers play an essential role in the life of their students during school days and even after school in the practical world. The Role of the teacher is in the classroom giving instructions that help students in the future. The primary role of a teacher is to deliver classroom instruction that helps students learn. To accomplish this, teachers must prepare effective lessons, grade student work and offer feedback, manage classroom materials, productively navigate the curriculum, and collaborate with other staff.

A good teacher helps us to become good human beings in society and good citizens of the country. John F. Podojil defined teaching is not a profession; it’s a passion. Without passion for your subject and a desire for your students to learn and be the best in the world, then we have failed as a teacher and failure is not an option.Teaching is a wonderful experience for me. I always enjoy delivering and sharing my knowledge and learning to inspire and empower others for establishing enlighten and educated individual and community.

In my session, I enjoy engaging and motivating pupils to learn and develop their knowledge, skills and understanding not only on business, language, and career development but also role of educated youth in social and community development.I have delivered lectures at Department of Education, Division of General Santos City, Philippines, School in Thailand, Marian College Kuttikkanam, India, Gazipur City College, Gazipur Presidency College, Hatimara high school and college, Bangladesh Ansar and VDP Training Academy, International University of Business Agriculture and Technology etc.

I always think that teaching is the best profession that helps to learn, relearn, and create future leaders. Therefore, I always try to bring new information to the classroom. In order to do that I enjoy reading books, journal articles, and newspapers in respective fields to gather and share updated information with students. To ensure the best learning experience I not only rely on textbooks but always use other sources to inform about the new development to foster learning.
