About Me

I am Md. Sozon, Doctoral Researcher in Management at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia. I am the recipient of a fully funded scholarship from the UTAR Foundation to continue my doctoral research at UTAR. I worked in reputed local and multinational organizations as well as Adjunct Faculty in the MBA program at IUBAT-International University of Business Agriculture and Technology before enrolling myself in Ph.D.

I have been serving as a reviewer of different reputed journals such as the Journal of Business and Management Studies (JBMS). My written article had been published in a reputed newspaper as well as presented papers at international conferences. I am writing papers that are in process of publishing in well-known journals.

I am self-motivated and passionate about behavioral science-related research. Honesty, hard-working, dedication, professionalism, simple living, stoicism, and kindness are a few keywords to describe my personal trait. I am good at presentation, quantitative research, data collection, data analysis, and interpretation. I am very enthusiastic about global collaboration for joining research and co-authoring an article on a common theme.

I am particularly interested in interest in training and development programs that promote the acquisition of information, practical skills, and moral principles to enhance performance in both academic and professional careers. I support more open, collaborative activities that help to develop human resources as well as improve academic and professional integrity. In my free time, I enjoy playing cricket, listening to music, and watching documentaries. I also enjoy designing life-changing programs for underprivileged communities and planning to expand my non-profit organization Enlighten-World Foundation globally.
