About Md. Sozon
Hello ! This is Md. Sozon
Mr. Sozon is a researcher, professional trainer, and motivational speaker. He is a Ph.D. Candidate, in the department of Faculty of Management and Accountancy at UTAR-Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia. Mr. Sozon is one of the brightest students who is the recipient of the scholarship for continuing his Ph.D. research at the university.
Mr. Sozon completed his M. A in ELT in 2018 from Jahangirnagar University. He also obtained MBA degree major in HRM-Human Resource Management in 2014 from IUB-Independent University, Bangladesh. Earlier, in 2010 he completed BBA major in Finance & Banking and a minor in Human Resource Management from IUBAT-International University of Business Agriculture & Technology. He attended at least 50 local and foreign training, workshop and learning sessions.
He is broadly interested in human capacity development, professionalism, academic integrity career development, professional skills enhancement, and academic and professional ethics, and his dissertation project builds on those themes.
Mr. Sozon has taught at IUBAT-International University of Business Agriculture and Technology. Bangladesh Ansar and VDP Training Academy, Bangladesh Institute of Professionals, Academy of Learning, Professional Advancement Bangladesh Limited, etc. He was invited to conduct a learning session by the Curriculum Implementation Division, Department of Education, General Santos City, Philippines.
Md. Sozon frequently lectures about her work and has been invited to participate in several workshops, seminars, and conferences from Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, and Kenya. He has also been invited to various colleges and corporate organizations and has also collaborated in the development of human resources.
Md. Sozon was selected to join the 4th Asia Pacific Youth Exchange program held in Thailand jointly organized by Urban Youth Academy & UNDP in 2018. In the innovative idea generation competition, Mr. Sozon & his team comprising members from India, China, Vietnam & Cambodia won the 1st prize from his Excellency Mr. Ml. Panadda Ditsakul, Deputy Minister – Ministry of Education, Thailand.
Md. Sozon is a young, energetic, creative and dynamic person who is the founder and CEO of Enlighten-World Foundation in 2018 to inspire future leaders through arranging learning and skills development projects for building a better Bangladesh. It is a non-profit start-up organization that is functioning in Bangladesh for the development of underprivileged communities since 2018. Enlighten-World Foundation works in the educational segment to facilitate ICT and social awareness-based programs in educational institutions to ensure induvial capacity and human resource development. Its core attention is to bring up the backdrop of institution and community in the mainstream economy by rendering ICT and social awareness-based learning and programs.
