Dr. Omar received a Master of Arts degree majoring in Business Administration from the World Islamic Science University, Jordan. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Agriculture Economics & Agribusiness Management from the University of Jordan. Right after completing his master’s degree, he moved to Malaysia for pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Human Resource Management. He enrolled at Universiti Tenaga Nasional located in Selangor, Malaysia. He was so brilliant and focused on his study therefore less than 3 years he had been able to complete his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Management. In the year of 2019, Dr. Omar joined at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Sungai Long Campus as an Assistant Professor in International Business Department. Within a short time, he has become a familiar and impactful teacher among the students. Due to his teaching style and great personality students like him. He conducted HRM-related courses from the bachelor’s to the master’s program. He is also a great supervisor in the Doctor of Philosophy program. He is supervising PhD students who are motivated and inspired getting his guidelines. Dr. Omar has both academic and practical organizational experience. His broad experience includes general human resources management, employment recruitment, selection, promotion, and international business management. He has done extensive research in interdisciplinary and addresses issues on generational cohort, employee engagement, leadership, training, and international business.
